Paints overall full, some chipping to the paint. Box has original label and paint labels. Beautiful design on the wood box. All the tools, accessories, and equipment are from the 1870s to the 1940s. Most of the collection was made by the Flemish Art Company. The collection included wood templates, paints, glitter, tools, gems, and other pieces including 2 sterling silver tools and platinum tips for benzine driven pyrography.
