This is a genuinely useful oil paint box by winsor Newton. Not only is it a paint box as when the legs are down and the top closed it becomes a kind of table! In fact a variable height table. The paint box aspect of it is as the rest of the box in generally good condition. It could probably do with some tightening up here and there but it is a well made item. Unusually for an oil paint box it is delightfully clean and comes equipped with a good array of paints and brushes etc. It comes with a solid hardwood palette also and at some time someone added a piece of hardboard to mix paint on. I have left this included as it may be useful? It is of a good size and of course because of the adjustable legs the artist can work sitting or standing. These legs do add an awful lot of flexibility. Its a box by a justly famous maker and is labelled as such. Any questions feel free to ask and thank you for looking.
