A vintage Winsor Newton watercolor set in original box. The box is labeled Winsor and Newton’s No. 3 College Japanned Tin Colour Box This palette is likely from the 60s or 70s. It comes with what are likely the original 24 half pans. The box opens and closes well and the rails to hold the pans in are functional. It is in vintage condition and has scratches and rust as would be expected given its age. The paints have been used to varying degrees. The paint pans are marked Winsor Newton on the bottom.
