Youare supporting an Art Teachers dream of creating art at home by trying thispaint set. I makeall my paint in small batches to make sure the pigment ratios are correct, however, transparency and opacity vary among different color batches. Irecommend melting down each square at a time in a mini muffin pan palettebecause pigments, especially the metallic ones, they do tend to settle to thebottom of the paint square during the cooling process. Do not try to meltpaint with an iron, they work better when melted down and used with a paintbrush. Try mixing them as well. Allmy paint is made with Organic triple-filtered white beeswax and I use (8 to 1)beeswax to resin ratio. I always encourage everyone to make sure they haveproper ventilation in their studio or workspace. Safe melting temperature is between 180-200 F.
