The Paintbox By Craig Young.. Hand made Brass Watercolor Paintbox. It’s the same style as the Roberson box. Condition is Excellent (I never used it). The color is Cobalt Blue. I bought this a few years ago and received it from Craig a year and a half later (August of 2018). They take 18 months to get and they come from England where Craig has his shop. I never put paint in it or used it… I was waiting until I was worthy to use it and that hasnt happened AND I’m moving and could use the funds.. It has the thumb ring on the bottom. In the one photo it appears the side tray sticks up just barely in the closed position (because it does) It’s not from damage it’s just a result of being handmade. I purposely put that photo in so you could see it. And there tiny paint wear on the hinges and where the box naturally touches itself from opening and closing the box.
