Craig Young Brass Watercolor Palette Box – Prussian Blue. This is a very rare handmade watercolor palette. Overall the box is in very good shape, but it has a couple of scuffs on the front and back (see photos). There is also a small scuff on the name plate. The inside of the box is clean and free of paint stains. The parts all stay together well, no rattling. Color is Prussian blue. Craig Young currently has an 18 month waiting list! This box is used by Charles Reid from USA and also Trevor Chamberlain and David Curtis. The latter two artists use the version without the flap previously called the Binning Munro Box. The box has three dished wells in the lid and a further three mixing areas in a removable tray. There are 12 divisions for tube colour or solid pans and a further four divisions for tube colour adjacent to the thumb hole. This box is suitable for hand holding.
